The African Democratic Congress ADC has registered no fewer than 45, 000 new members in Taraba state.
A member of ADC Membership Mobilization, Revalidation and Registration (MMRR), Hon Iliya Ezekiel who disclosed this during a telephone conversation with journalists in Jalingo hinted that the the influx of new members into the party reflects a growing belief in the party’s commitment to transparency, inclusion, and grassroots development.
“The newly registered members are from Donga, Takum and Ussa LGA, few days ago, over 10, 000 defected and joined our party in Gassol local government area of the state.
Today, we received and registered other members from Donga, Takum and Ussa LGA who have choosed to joined the African Democratic Congress movement.
As I said, ADC is working in unity and we are not bias, and being a member of MMRR drive, we are out to pull members out from other political parties where they are suffering and smiling.
“We are the leaders of this great party, and anyone who wishes to join us is welcome. The ADC is open to all, and we are ready to accommodate those who are committed to bringing positive change to Taraba state and Nigera as a whole” he added.
He stressed that African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Taraba state is currently witnessing a major surge in its membership.
Accoring to him, the ADC will not relent in its ongoing membership drive and growing popularity.
Ezekiel who credited their efforts with the party’s overwhelming acceptability and membership large registration assured newly registered members that the party would continue to maintain focus and ensure inclusivity.
Blueprint report that ADC recorded mammouth crowd that welcomed Hon Iliya Ezekiel to Donga, Takum, Ussa and Yantu development authority during his membership drive in his Contituency.
After the lunch of the unveiling of the party Hon Iliya told the announced that there is massive growth in the party membership registration.
