Bayero University Kano (BUK) basketball team will, tomorrow Monday, face Baba Ahmed University in the opening match of the 1st Kanawa Tertiary Institution Basketball Championship at the Old Site Basketball Court.
Both sides are expected to showcase skillful and talented students for encounter. The match is expected to be dicey capable of going to either side.
Other matches include Federal University of Education Kano will take on Skyline university and Elrazi Medical University versus Dangote University of Science and Technology Wudil.
The competition’s coordinator, Sanusi Shuaibu Badway, called on the participating teams to exhibit sportsmanship and be good ambassadors to their respective universities.
Meanwhile, Tuesday’s fixture matches include Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu university will entertain Northwest University Kano, Elrazi Medical University will battle Baba Ahmed University, while Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu university KHAIRUN will again face Skyline university.
