The Yakasai Zumunta community has congratulated the newly crowned Sarkin Kudun Gaya, Prof. Musa Tukur Yakasai, on his coronation.
In a message signed by the group’s Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Sadiq Labaran Tanko (Danburan Kutumbawa), the organisation extended greetings on behalf of its Board of Trustees, Board of Elders, and Acting Chairman, Alhaji Sadisu Abubakar Yakasai.
The statement commended members of the Yakasai community who attended the ceremony held in honour of Prof. Yakasai, who is also the Vice Chancellor of Aliko Dangote University, Wudil, Kano.
It also acknowledged the presence and role of the Emir of Gaya, Dr. Alhaji Aliyu Ibrahim Gaya, during the event.
“May Allah grant him and everyone good health, prosperity, unity, and peace in the Yakasai community, Kano, and Nigeria at large,” the statement read.
