The Bauchi State Commissioner for Natural Resources Development, Mohammed Maiwada Bello, has charged staff of the Ministry to be punctual, committed and dedicated to their official duties.
The Commissioner gave the charge during a meeting with staff of the Ministry in Bauchi.
Bello stressed the importance of discipline, professionalism, accountability and effective time management in achieving the Ministry’s objectives.
He urged the staff to see their responsibilities as an opportunity to contribute to the development of the Ministry and to improve service delivery to the public.
The Commissioner commended the staff for their efforts and encouraged them to sustain their commitment and positive attitude to work.
As part of the meeting, Bello presented special gifts to some staff members in recognition of their dedication and hard work, a gesture that was warmly appreciated by the beneficiaries.
He further called for teamwork, mutual respect and professionalism, assuring that dedication and commitment would continue to be recognized and rewarded in line with the Ministry’s mandate and the development agenda of Bauchi State.
