Baptist Academy Kano, a leading missionary school established in 1965 is set to celebrate her 60th Anniversary, popularly refer to as Diamond Jubilee.
The celebration which will attract people from all walks of life including Alumni of the school is slated for August 2nd and 3rd 2025.
The school Proprietor, Reverend Dr. Armstrong Ajayi while speaking to journalists express joy in the great milestone that the school has achieved.
He said Baptist academy Kano stands tall for over six decades, molding brilliant minds that have risen to become pillars of society.
Chairperson of the school board, Mrs. Kemi Amoo in a separate interview extol the legacy of the school.
According to her, Baptist Academy Kano as a citadel of learning has not only withstood the test of time but has also consistently produced generations of leaders, innovators and change makers who have made lasting impacts in their respective fields.
The school principal, Mr. Adesakin Ojo says the school remains committed in nurturing young minds and this has earned it a place of honour, respect and admiration.
As the school now prepares to celebrate its 60th Anniversary, some Alumni of the academy express enthusiasm towards the event as they believe it will be another moment of reunion.
